Im a guy who’s gone up to 240lb, 42 inch waist and reduced down to 185lb, 32inch waist. My secret? Dieting Dieting Dieting, no supplements, no pigging out on cravings for 8 months and i was there.

With any supplement/diet pill, this is what you should always do. No pill can ever be a controlled diet replacement. The question here is, what are you willing to risk to shake off those pounds? I think if you’re overweight less than 40lbs do not go near any kind of a pill. People complain about stubborn fat and i think it has more to do with stubborn habits of wandering off your diet plan than any other thing.

Now the question comes to this diet pill, Alli. I have not used it and i will not touch anything that i am not sure about (to get these lbs i gained in summer BBQs :) ). Most of you might not know this, but this was available as Xenical for years. Orlistat (drug in Alli) has been petitioned by the Public Citizens to be banned because of its side effects on the Colon. Alli also has some very real risks (besides Colon, you need to take multi-vitamins to regain vitamins not absorbed because of Alli). My question to anyone blindly following Alli is, would you use this and lose 15 lbs and risk developing colon cancer in your later years or would you just beef up your exercise and reduce your calorie intake?

So why is it FDA approved? Mostly greed. Is Obesity an ailment? True. Wont FDA approve it for an ailment? True. But it should have remained prescription only to keep people from abusing it. I consider obesity an ailment when you need medical help to remove those pounds, not when you can get on a treadmill, reduce your diet and shed them anyway.

Bottom line, please go to consumersearch.com or webmd.com for unbiased advice on Alli and then make your call but remember if you dont see any side effects right now, it does not mean you cannot develop them later, there are KNOWN RISKS with the medicine. Be safe and may God help you.

Don’t you think that the low-fat diet you are on is what is causing you to lose weight!?! Save yourself $50 and oily farts and stick to that diet and exercise….

i was about to use this product, until an co-worker of my sister told me other wise. she told me that you eat ANYTHING fatty its going to show…guess it works. but when you think that you have to fart, your actually crapping out the fat you just ate ! im never going to go near this stuff! im just going to keep exercising and drinking rockstar juiced B4 workouts, lost 33lbs just by doing that.

This product is possablly a great weight loss capsules, if you can handle

a lot, and I do mean lots of bow movements, you will go till your rear end is so sore you can not sent down.

I guess it is because it is removing the fat content of a meal you just ate.

I am completely impressed with the article I have just read. I wish the author of mywellnessresource.com can continue to provide so much productive information and unforgettable experience to mywellnessresource.com readers. There is not much to tell except the following universal truth: No matter how airtight you make an object, it will still have dust inside by the end of the month. I will be back.
